Frequently asked questions
How do I resize an image without stretching it?
Keep "Keep aspect ratio" switched on and enter only a width or only a height. The other side is calculated for you, so the picture keeps its shape.
Can I resize several photos to the same size?
Yes. Add all your images and set one width or preset. Every image is resized with the same settings, and Download all gives you a ZIP.
What size is an Instagram post or a LinkedIn banner?
An Instagram square post is 1080×1080 pixels, a story is 1080×1920, a LinkedIn banner is 1584×396 and a YouTube thumbnail is 1280×720. All are available as presets.
Does resizing reduce quality?
Making an image smaller keeps it sharp. Making it much larger than the original can look soft, because the tool can't add detail that wasn't in the photo.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Resizing happens on your device, so your images are never sent to a server.
